Hai Pham
OWNER / COLOR SPECIALIST
With nearly 20 years behind the chair, Hai brings a rare combination of technical mastery and genuine warmth to every client she works with. She trained alongside master stylist Raymond Fung for a decade, studying the art of precision cutting and advanced color techniques. She further refined her skills with programs at Toni & Guy and Nick Arrojo.

Hai has been trained in multiple color systems, making her especially adept at working with all hair textures and types. Whether it's a dimensional balayage, a subtle single-process refresh, or a bold color transformation, she has the eye and the expertise to get it right.

In 2018, Hai opened Hai Lights Hair Salon on Black Rock Turnpike in Fairfield, building it into the welcoming, multigenerational space it is today. Her passion for her craft and her clients is evident in every interaction, and it's why so many of her clients have been with her for years.
Nikoleta Ftergiotis
STYLIST
Nikoleta brings over 20 years of experience across Fairfield and New Haven counties to the Hai Lights team. She's known for her meticulous attention to detail and her ability to make every client feel confident and beautiful in the chair.

Whether it's a precision blowout, a fresh color, or a completely new look, Nikoleta takes the time to listen and delivers results that speak for themselves. Her clients appreciate her consistency, her warmth, and the fact that she's always on time.​

Diane Collins

With more than 50 years of experience, Diane is one of the most seasoned stylists in all of Fairfield County. She has spent her career serving clients across the surrounding communities, building a reputation for friendly, reliable, and expert care.

Diane is especially skilled in classic techniques that many modern stylists no longer perform: perms, wash-and-sets, roller sets, and traditional styling. For clients who value these services, Diane is a rare find and a trusted partner for maintaining the styles they love.

Our Salon
Hai Lights Hair Salon opened its doors in 2018 on Black Rock Turnpike in Fairfield, Connecticut. From day one, the goal has been simple: create a space where every client feels welcome, heard, and happy with their hair.

The salon serves clients of all ages, from toddlers getting their first trim to seniors who've been coming every week for years. It's a place where a grandmother getting a wash-and-set sits two chairs away from a teenager trying her first balayage, and both leave smiling.
