Hai Pham
Owner/Stylist
Hai has an amazing work ethic and along with that she brings an uplifting positive energy to hairstyling and to her clients. She takes the time necessary to listen and engage, to build the connection that helps her clients express both their personality and style through their hair experience.
Hai has been trained in multiple color systems and worked side by side with Raymond Fung for ten years. She also studied haircutting/styling with Toni & Guy and Nick Arojjo.
With her nearly 20 years of experience, she continues to educate herself in the latest styles and techniques necessary to bring a cutting edge experience to her clients.
Hai is a natural Artist, who loves what she does and brings that passion and enthusiasm to her work. In an effort to continue to grow and in the interest of her client demand she is now the proud Owner of Hai Lights Salon where she continues to do what she loves, bringing what she calls "hair happiness" to her clientele.

Nikoleta recently joined our Fairfield team as a stylist!
In her words: I have been doing hair for over 20 years in Fairfield and New Haven counties. I am very passionate about what I do, and pay special attention to detail. I love to make people feel good about themselves, and fall in love with their hair.
I've always felt that doing hair is a form of walking art, and I love to meet new people. Come see me!

Diane Collins
Stylist
Diane has been a stylist for more than 50 years, serving clients across Fairfield and the surrounding communities. She is known for her friendly nature, steady expertise, and the care she puts into every service.

Diane works with all ages and all hair types, and she’s especially skilled in classic techniques that many modern stylists no longer perform including perms, wash-and-sets, roller sets, and traditional styling.
Her clients appreciate the confidence of knowing they’re with someone who has truly “seen it all” and can handle anything.
